- Open Essbase Administration Services (EAS) console.
- Expand the "Administration Servers" item.
- Right-click on the administration server in the list.
- Select "Externalize users..." option.
- Complete the wizard keeping default options.
- Expand the "Essbase Servers" item.
- Expand the essbase server in the list.
- Right-click on Security item in the list.
- Select "Externalize users" option.
